The deadlines for the works are specified in the Project contracts. Before starting the work, all the tasks are scheduled in order to meet the proposed objectives.

In the signing date we provide all the supporting documents for the insurance policies that back up the work carried out. We usually work with the Public Administration, complying with all the necessary contractual requirements.

We have contractor classification and certification by Bureau Veritas and SGS in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 Standard.

During more than 40 years of experience, Carmín has carried out highly demanding works with top level companies such as the extension of Isla Verde Exterior and reinforcement of the main roads in the Port of Algeciras, the urbanisation works for the refurbishment of the 5-star Hotel Almenara, the El Cañuelo substation, the dismantling and repowering of the El Cabrito wind farm in Tarifa, the development project for sector 50 in the Sotogrande Reserve, the extension of the non-hazardous and industrial waste landfill in the Sur de Europa environmental complex in Los Barrios.
